Invisible grills in Thozhupedu – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Thozhupedu choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
Before choosing nets or grills for your Thozhupedu home, identify whether you need fall protection, pet protection or bird exclusion; these require different specifications. Ask about outdoor durability, mesh size or wire spacing, and how the fittings will attach to your wall or frame. Keep access available for cleaning, repairs and any designated emergency exit. After heavy rain or strong winds, check for loose fixings, sagging or visible damage, and arrange an inspection if needed.
