Balcony Safety Nets FAQ – Cost, Warranty & Installation Chennai

How much do balcony safety nets cost in Chennai?

Balcony safety nets cost ₹35 – ₹45 per sq.ft fitted, including installation. The final rate depends on the balcony size and the net you choose, and we confirm it in writing after a free site visit. Nets are charged with 5% GST extra.

How do I work out the price for my balcony?

Multiply the balcony width by the height in feet to get the area in sq.ft, then multiply by the per sq.ft rate. For example, a 10 ft × 8 ft balcony is 80 sq.ft. Send us the size or a photo on WhatsApp for a quick estimate.

Is the site visit free?

Yes. We visit your home free of charge anywhere in Chennai, Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram districts, measure the balcony and give you a written quote.

How soon can you install?

After you confirm the quote, our own team installs the net – the same week where possible, depending on our schedule and your location. We tell you the date when you book.

What warranty do balcony safety nets have?

Our safety nets carry a 5-year warranty, and we give a warranty certificate.

Which materials and brands do you use?

We use branded nets such as Garware and Tufropes International. We show you the net before fitting and label every material honestly.

Who installs the nets?

Our own installation team, not outside contractors.

Do you also fit nets for children, pets and pigeons?

Yes – see our children safety nets, cat safety nets and pigeon nets pages for those options.
