YPL supplies and installs pigeon, residential balcony, children, pet and sports nets, and invisible grills in the covered Chennai locations. Construction, building, industrial and fall-protection nets are supply and fabrication only. Confirm the exact address and intended use before choosing a product.

Material starts at ₹8–₹16 per sq.ft; supply and installation starts at ₹18–₹45 per sq.ft, before 5% GST. The owner confirms the same starting rates across Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram and Vijayawada. Final measured coverage, materials, fixings and access require a written quote.

Use width × height for each opening face and add all faces; do not use the flat’s floor area. A 10 × 8 ft opening is 80 sq.ft, with a fitted estimate of ₹1,512–₹3,780 including 5% GST. This is an estimate, not a photographed job’s paid cost. Take measurements only from a safe indoor position.

Do not assume so. Bird exclusion, child or pet safety and ball-stop sports netting have different intended uses and specifications. Explain the requirement and request the relevant product quote; the pigeon-net calculation does not price every safety system.

There is no universal permission-free conclusion here. Tamil Nadu building rules apply to relevant building work, and apartment declarations, bye-laws and leases may govern shared walls, ducts and exterior surfaces. Ask the responsible planning or municipal authority about the proposed fixing or enclosure and check current amendments. Association consent does not replace official approval where required.

Check your lease, declaration and building bye-laws before drilling or fixing to shared surfaces. Obtain the appropriate consent for the proposed work and agree contractor access, AC servicing and shared-duct maintenance. Do not block required emergency exits, fire-access routes or maintenance openings. Agree access with building management before fitting. Pigeon-exclusion nets are not person-supporting fall protection. Retain a sound railing, supervise children, keep climbable furniture away from edges and never climb, sit or test nets with body weight.
