Very difficult to reach them when you have requirement. Very poor customer service. Language is major issue as none speak Tamil or English. Last very important they are yet to give me invoice work done 3 months back. Even after follow up in whatzup they ignore.

Do not use them. Bad job of installing, refuses to answer any phone calls, frayed edges, issues continue with birds. Installers could not speak or understand Tamil, English or hindi. Even after repeated reminders does not respond. Very poor customer service.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. We hired them to install pigeon nets on all five balconies of our flat at Crescendo, Casagrand, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating. The workers who came for the installation did not seem properly trained. Shockingly, they left pigeons inside the balconies and fixed the nets with the pigeons still trapped inside. When we contacted them to come back and rectify the issue, they were completely unreliable. Despite calling them repeatedly, they would either not answer our calls or tell us they were coming and then simply not show up. The quality of the installation was also extremely poor. Within just one week, the hooks fixed to the walls started coming out, and there were several gaps in the net through which pigeons could easily enter and leave. We were promised an 8-year warranty, yet the installation did not even last properly for one month. Considering the poor workmanship, lack of response, and failure to honour the service and warranty promised, I would strongly recommend not availing their services. Our experience has been extremely disappointing.

Excellent work by Sports Nets! The safety nets at SB Cinemas Ground were installed neatly and professionally on the new YPL turf. One of the worst service. 1. The people came for installation have no idea about the work. 2. They doesn't have any ID, uniform or proper grooming etc., apartment security didn't allow them since they have no identity. They were spoke and allowed inside. 3. They came-up with their own choice of net. White colour net, when I asked for black they said no stock and it took 2 hours to get the stock. 4. They didn't fix the net properly, one side it is stright and the other side it is diagonal and the other side it is stretched. Net is not properly laid. 5. No supervisor by their team, only the worker does the installation and for correction we need to call and speak to some one. 6. After installation if there is a problem we need to call them 10 times for repair or re fixing. They will not respond properly. 7. Only money is the concern for them once paid then it's not their responsibility. 8. Over all very upset with YPL net service and they are not very professional. 9. I spite of repeated calls they said they will attend today let me see and update the review.

I had a very disappointing experience with YPL Safety Nets. I purchased 20 small pigeon bird spikes for ₹2,124, which I found to be significantly overpriced compared to the market. On top of that, they charged ₹240 for delivery from Pallikaranai to Peters Road, which also seemed excessive. Attached the photo of the order, this tiny piece is overly priced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from them. I felt the pricing was unreasonable and not good value for the money.

Worst experience with the team. Their work was incomplete and they ignored calls purposely when asking for alteration for their previous work. They were also not punctual and left the place as soon as their duty time has been over without even completing the work. They charge high and really it wasn't wroth it.

They will do a quick and swift job installing the net but they will not pick up your call or respond to any messages if you have a problem. I've been trying to connect with them for 10 days due to a gap in the pigeon net and they do nor respond. Very poor after sales services.

Don't go with them. They take more money and will not respond at all if you face any problem.

Very good safety net

Fraud people, they said there is 5 year warranty and service, now in 2 years net damaged and now they are telling that, it's our mistake we asked for cheaper one and no warranty. They didn't give any bill that time and now they are asking bill for proof. Pls be careful.
