Invisible grills in Pakkam – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Pakkam choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
Before choosing nets or grills for your Pakkam home, check which openings need fall protection and which need only bird control; these are different requirements. Ask about outdoor suitability, mesh or wire spacing, fixing methods and inspection needs. For pets, discuss their size and climbing habits rather than choosing by appearance alone. Keep access to drains, utility fittings and emergency routes clear. Check fixings after heavy rain or strong wind, and arrange repairs if anything loosens.
