Invisible grills in Pennalur – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Pennalur choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
Before choosing nets or grills for your Pennalur home, explain whether your main concern is children, pets or pigeons, as these needs require different specifications. Ask about outdoor suitability, fixing points and access for cleaning or maintenance. For invisible grills, discuss cable spacing with your child's or pet's size in mind. Keep emergency access clear and check fittings after heavy rain or strong winds. Nets and grills do not replace adult supervision.
