Invisible grills in Nellikuppam – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Nellikuppam choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
Before choosing nets or grills for your Nellikuppam home, explain whether your main concern is child safety, pets or pigeons; each needs a different approach. Ask the installer to check the opening size, wall condition and fixing points. Discuss sunlight exposure, rain and metal fittings suited to outdoor conditions. For apartments, confirm association rules before drilling. Keep necessary access clear, move climbable furniture away from balcony edges, and check fittings periodically, especially after heavy rain or wind.
