Invisible grills in Kelambakkam – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Kelambakkam choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
For a Kelambakkam home, choose the system according to its purpose: fall protection, pet safety or pigeon exclusion. Ask about outdoor suitability, mesh or wire spacing, and how the fittings will attach to your balcony or window frame. On exposed upper floors, discuss wind exposure and access for future checks. Confirm apartment association rules before installation, and keep any required emergency access clear. Check fittings periodically, especially after heavy rain or wind, and continue supervising children near balconies.
