Invisible grills in Chromepet – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Chromepet choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
For your Chromepet home, first decide whether you need fall protection, pigeon control or both; a bird net is not a substitute for a safety barrier. Ask about outdoor suitability, mesh openings and how the net or grill will be fixed to your balcony. For cats and small pets, discuss gaps carefully. Check apartment association rules before installation, keep access clear for maintenance, and arrange inspections if fixings loosen or materials show wear.
