Invisible Balcony Grills in Chennai: Grades, Prices and Real Work Photos

Recent YPL invisible grill installation photo, labelled by camera date.

What an invisible balcony grill is

An invisible grill is a set of thin stainless steel cables fixed vertically or horizontally across a balcony, window or staircase opening. From a distance the cables almost disappear, so you keep your view and ventilation while children and pets stay safe inside.

YPL Safety Nets installs invisible grills across Chennai, Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram, visiting from our Pallikaranai sales office and T. Nagar head office. We measure every opening on site before quoting.

SS304 or Garware SS316 – which grade should you pick?

We fit two genuine grades and label them honestly. SS304 invisible grills cost ₹120 to ₹350 per sq.ft fitted, depending on the opening and fixing. Garware SS316 2.5 mm grills cost ₹120 to ₹220 per sq.ft fitted and come with a 10-year warranty certificate.

SS316 resists corrosion better, which matters for sea-facing and high-rise balconies in Chennai. Whichever grade you choose, we show you the actual cable before fitting so you can check it yourself.
