Site Assessment Before Installation
Every high-rise balcony needs a fixing plan suited to its structure and surroundings. We assess the proposed mounting surfaces, measure the openings and check access for installation. We also discuss building association permissions and any access restrictions with you. Unsuitable or uncertain fixing conditions should be resolved before work proceeds.
Careful Fitting for High-Rise Balconies
The installation layout considers cable spacing, mounting positions and the use of nearby doors or windows. Our team plans work-at-height access and precautions to help protect workers, residents and people below. Mounting components and cables are fitted to the agreed layout, followed by tension and fixing checks. Required emergency access and escape routes must not be obstructed.
Handover and Ongoing Care
After fitting, we inspect the installed grill and explain routine cleaning and visual checks. Invisible grills are not designed for climbing, hanging loads or replacing supervision of children. Contact us if you notice loose cables, damaged components or changes around the fixing points, particularly after nearby renovation work. Call +91 96000 35014 to discuss a Chennai site visit or request aftercare assistance.

Frequently asked questions
Can invisible grills be installed on every high-rise balcony?
Suitability depends on the balcony structure, mounting surfaces, safe working access and building rules. A site assessment helps identify whether installation can proceed or needs further review.
Will installation affect balcony doors or emergency access?
Door movement and access needs should be checked during measurement. The layout must preserve required emergency access and escape routes.
How should I care for an installed invisible grill?
Follow the cleaning guidance provided at handover and visually check for loose cables, corrosion or damage without leaning outside. Do not adjust cable tension yourself; contact the installation team for an inspection.
