Invisible grills in Thenneri – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Thenneri choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
Before choosing nets or invisible grills for your Thenneri home, identify whether you need child safety, pet protection or pigeon control; these need different specifications. Ask about outdoor suitability, mesh openings, grill spacing and secure fixing points. Check that the installation will not obstruct window operation, drainage or any designated emergency exit. For rented homes or shared buildings, confirm permission before drilling. Arrange periodic checks for loose fittings, damaged netting and wear after heavy rain.
