Invisible grills in Alathur – at a glance
What is an invisible grill?
An invisible grill is a row of thin stainless steel cables fixed across a balcony, window or terrace opening and held in an aluminium track. From a few steps away the cables almost disappear, so light, air and your view stay open while the opening becomes safe.
Families in Alathur choose invisible grills to protect small children and pets, stop falls from high-rise balconies and keep a clean, modern look instead of heavy box grills.
Before choosing nets or grills for your Alathur home, identify the main purpose: child safety, pet protection or keeping pigeons out. These needs may require different materials and spacing. Ask about outdoor suitability, fixing methods and how the installation will accommodate windows, cleaning and drainage. For invisible grills, check cable spacing against your household’s needs. Have the fittings inspected if you notice looseness or damage, especially after heavy rain or strong winds.
