What to Look for in Installation Videos
A useful installation video shows more than the finished view: it explains the supporting frame, cable arrangement and fixing locations. Look for how corners, window openings and access points are handled. Videos offer a helpful introduction, but they cannot confirm whether your wall, railing or mounting surface is suitable. Our team assesses these conditions during the site visit before recommending an installation layout.
Site Measurement and Invisible Grill Installation
We measure the opening and discuss everyday use, including cleaning access and window movement. The installation plan considers the mounting surface, cable spacing and any building requirements you share with us. Our team installs the frame and cables, then checks alignment, tension and fixings. Emergency access or escape routes must be considered before deciding where a grill can be fitted.
Handover, Care and Follow-Up
After installation, our team walks you through the completed work and explains routine care. Avoid climbing on the cables, hanging heavy items from them or adjusting the tension yourself. If you notice loose fittings, cable movement or damage, contact us for an inspection rather than attempting a repair. Frequently asked questions
Can an installation video replace a site visit?
No. A video can explain the process, but measurements and an assessment of the mounting surfaces are needed to plan your installation.
Can I share a reference video with your team?
Yes, share it when discussing your requirements. We can review the layout you have in mind and assess its suitability during the site visit.
Can invisible grills be installed on every balcony or window?
Suitability depends on the supporting structure, opening layout, access needs and applicable building requirements. Our team assesses these factors before recommending a fixing approach.
