YPL Safety Nets installs safety nets and invisible grills for homes in Navalur along Chennai’s OMR / IT Corridor. Based in Pallikaranai, our team helps homeowners choose suitable protection for balconies, windows and other open areas.
Navalur’s apartment balconies offer light and ventilation, but open edges need attention when children or pets are at home. Safety nets or invisible grills can help protect these openings without fully enclosing the balcony. Pigeons are also common around apartment buildings, making properly fitted bird nets useful for balconies and utility spaces. Homes along the OMR stretch towards Semmenchery and Sholinganallur face Chennai’s strong sun, monsoon rain and coastal wind, so material selection and secure fixing matter. Duct openings need separate assessment, especially where access for cleaning and maintenance must remain available.
Choosing nets or grills for your Navalur home
Before choosing nets or invisible grills for your Navalur home, identify whether you need child protection, pet protection or pigeon control; these require different specifications. Ask the installer to check the opening, fixing surfaces and suitable mesh or wire spacing. For exposed OMR apartment balconies, discuss materials suited to sun, rain and wind. Check apartment association rules before installation, keep designated emergency exits clear, and plan access for utility equipment. Inspect fittings periodically and after heavy weather.

Can YPL Safety Nets install pigeon nets in a Navalur apartment balcony?
Yes, we install pigeon nets for Navalur balconies and utility openings. The fitting should cover entry gaps while retaining suitable access for cleaning and maintenance.
Should I choose safety nets or invisible grills for a high-floor balcony in Navalur?
The choice depends on your balcony layout, fixing surfaces, apartment rules and whether the main concern is children or pets. Ask for an assessment of the opening and weather exposure; neither option replaces adult supervision.
How long does a balcony net installation take?
Most single-balcony jobs take a few hours. Larger apartments or invisible grills may take a day or more; we confirm the time when we quote.
Which is better for my balcony – a safety net or invisible grill?
Nets are lower cost and great against pigeons. Invisible grills are stainless steel cables that keep the view clear and suit families with children. We show you both at the site visit.
How is the price calculated?
By the area covered in square feet and the material you choose. We give you a written quote after measuring.
