Pigeon Net Installation in Chennai – How the Work Is Done and What It Costs

Where pigeon nets are fitted

Most of our pigeon-net work is on apartment balconies, windows and duct areas (the open shafts between flats). Duct areas need full-height netting and safe rope access; balconies and windows are usually finished in a single visit.

See real duct-area work in our Ramaniyam Pushkar Phase 1 case study and the dated photo series on the blog.

What it costs

Current website rates: pigeon net material starts at ₹8–₹16 per square foot (supply only), and fitted pigeon nets start at ₹18–₹45 per square foot, plus 5% GST. The exact rate depends on the net type, the height and access, and the measured opening size – confirmed in a written quote after a free site visit.
