Construction Safety Nets: A Practical Guide to Choosing Layers, Mesh and Rope

Pick the number of layers

A single braided net is used for fall protection. A double-layer net adds a monofilament net to stop dust and small debris. A 3-layer net adds a strong 5 mm blue braided top layer with a 110 mm gap.

Mesh, rope and sizes

Tell us the size of the openings or the floor edge you need to cover and we fabricate to size.

• 2-layer net: HDPE + fish net, 50 × 50 mm mesh, 8–10 mm rope, yellow and blue
• Standard sizes: 10 × 3 m and 10 × 5 m
• Border rope: 12 mm PP

Prices

Net, rope and fabrication together: ₹138–₹365 per metre. Fabrication only: ₹18–₹40 per metre, depending on the number of layers. Dispatch is usually within one week.
