The current approximate repair range

YPL’s existing website repair range is approximately ₹8–₹45 per sq.ft, subject to assessment and a confirmed written quote. It is not a fixed charge for every net or a past invoice for any photographed apartment. Describe whether the problem is torn mesh, a loose edge, gaps at pipes or visibly damaged fixings.

Ask what area is being priced, what repair or replacement work is included, and whether materials, access and taxes are included. A rough per-area estimate alone is not a final total.

Repair versus replacement must be assessed

A photograph may show a gap but cannot establish the condition of every fixing or the whole net. Ask whether the proposed work addresses only the damaged section or whether broader replacement is needed. Do not assume that retightening is suitable for every installation.

Take photographs from inside. Keep children and pets away from damaged openings and never reach outside to retie or test a net.

New net installation assessment
